Guilt-free Bite Size Churros

About The recipe

Churro is a Spanish and Portuguese cuisine which is of fried dough type. It's an easy to prepare recipe with pretty basic ingredients.  For a twist and health reasons, I made it into a guilt-free snack. It's non-deep fried, so you can eat as many mini churros as you want. Crispy on the outside but soft like pillows.
