5 cups desiccated coconut
2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
Optional
1/2 cup chocolate unsweetened
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 -2 tablespoons fresh milk

To mix with quick, even, over-and-over motion with a spoon, whip or rotary beater.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: desiccated coconut, flour, salt. Mix well
Add the butter, condensed milk, egg white and vanila extract one at a time and blend it well.
Pour the mixture on invidual molds
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
Remove from the cookie sheet / molds and put on a wire rack to cool
Toppings
Melt your chocolate bar in a microwave for 10 to 20 seconds
Blend well the melted chocolate then add the condensed milk and fresh milk
Top the chocolate mixture on the baked macaroons, you may also try to dip the bottom as an option.
