Creation Museum

Travel Date:

Saturday, 16th July 2016

From Ohio where we stayed for few nights, we drove out of state for another adventure. This time, we went to Creation Museum located in the town of Petersburg, Kentucky. If you are planning to visit, you might as well get the combo ticket allowing you to visit both Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Ark Encounter is just 45 minutes drive from this 75,000-square-foot museum.

What can you see Creation Museum? We journeyed through biblical histories and explored the Garden of Eden, Noah's Ark and Tower of Babel. Amazed in the state of the art exhibit called Creation Science about God's creation based on the words from the Bible, and it's scientific evidence. My favorite is the Stargazer's Planetarium one of the shows offered in the museum which explains why the earth is young and how what we see in the night sky confirms God’s Word in Genesis.

They are also offering outdoor activities such as zip lines, enjoy walking in the botanical gardens or spend time in the petting zoo.

Did you know?
The Creation Museum has an exhibit of the dinosaur skeleton aka Ebenezer is believed to be one of the best-preserved Allosaurus skulls discovered.
