Halo-Halo

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons nata de coco (coconut gel)
  • 4 tablespoons kaong (palm nuts)
  • 4 tablespoons macapuno (canned shredded young coconut)
  • 4 tablespoons yellow corn kernel
  • 2 pieces jackfruit cut into small strips
  • 2 tablespoons cooked red bean
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 small slices leche flan
  • 4 scoops of ube (yam) ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cups crushed ice

Steps:

  1. Divide the ingrediens into 4 bowls
  2. First put the nata de coco, kaong, macapuno, red bean, jacjfruit, corn
  3. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan then set aside
  4. Put 1 cup crushed ice on each bowl
  5. Add the quarter of the milk ( or adjust to your preferred taste)
  6. Add the sugar (or adjust to your preferred taste)
  7. Put the 1 scoop ice cream on each bowl
  8. Add the leche flan on top
  9. Serve it with love
