Weekend breakfast is over-loaded with this yummy fried rice toppled with special sausage/hot-dog.
You may use other ingredients such as ham or luncheon meat in replacement of the sausage/hotdog. Cabbage (cut into small strips) is a good replacement of the mixed veggies. For healthier choice, use brown rice, tuna and cabbage for your fried rice.
