For your weekend treats, try this easy to prepare, easy to bake chocolateey coconut macaroons. It's a money saving recipe and no worries if you don't have any conventional oven you may use any oven toaster.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: desiccated coconut, flour, salt. Mix well
- Add the butter, condensed milk, egg white and vanila extract one at a time and blend it well.
- Pour the mixture on invidual molds
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
- Remove from the cookie sheet / molds and put on a wire rack to cool
Toppings
- Melt your chocolate bar in a microwave for 10 to 20 seconds
- Blend well the melted chocolate then add the condensed milk and fresh milk
- Top the chocolate mixture on the baked macaroons, you may also try to dip the bottom as an option.
